All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues.

For orders up to ₹5,000, cash on delivery (COD) is accepted. For orders exceeding ₹5,000, full advance payment is required via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallet payments.

In case of payment failures during the advance process, the order will not be processed until the issue is resolved.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Standard: 7-10 working days (excludes non-working days).

• Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

• Bliss Shell is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 7-day return policy for products in unopened and original condition. Returns must be initiated within this period by contacting our customer support team.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Customization Policy

• Customizable items are created based on the details provided by the customer. Please ensure all information (e.g., text, colors, and designs) is accurate when placing your order.
• Customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during transit.

8. Liability Limitation

• Bliss Shell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• We are not responsible for delays, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party services such as payment gateways or shipping carriers.
